In order to offer the best possible service to your pets we will direct you to Vetsnow when we are closed.
Vetsnow is the largest provider of out of hours emergency care in the country and you can be certain that your pet will be seen by dedicated vets trained in emergency care, who are not tired from working all day, and given the best possible treatment. If your pet has to be hospitalised he/she will normally be discharged in the morning of the next working day and directed back to us for ongoing treatment however, in exceptional circumstances where they need ongoing emergency care, an agreement may be reached where they will stay under the care of the host practice* until stable enough to be brough back to us or referred to a specialist care facility if appropriate.
You may contact the nearest Vetsnow emergency clinic directly on the contact numbers below however, there are occasions when we may be providing our own out of hours care during normal hours on bank holidays or a closer practice is covering us for normal clinics when we are unavailable due to other circumstances such as attending veterinary conferences. In this situation if you call the normal clinic number you will be directed by an answermachine to the most appropriate provider.

Vetsnow Staines: 01784 557 578
* Please note that Vetsnow clinics are hosted by veterinary practices which allow them to use their facilities out of normal hours. You will not be able to continue your pet's treatment at the host practice, except under exceptional circumstances, without special agreement.
