St Martins Veterinary Clinic

M C Atkinson BVSc MRCVS

We will care for your pets as if they were our own.

Your pets are more than just animals at St Martins Veterinary Clinic – they are our patients and you are not just a customer you are our friend. Vet Martin Atkinson is sole charge and we have a small nursing staff so you and your pets will see the same caring staff nearly every time. We are always happy to advise you on any questions you may have on caring for your pets. We are the only vets in West Drayton and near to Iver, Langley, Uxbridge, Hayes and Harlington, Hillingdon, Cowley, Harmondsworth, Sipson and Heathrow.

Veterinary Surgeon Martin Atkinson has over 40 years experience and has gained a reputation as an expert in feline medicine, however we are happy to see all pets including: dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice, budgies, canaries, exotic pets and wildlife. Our dedication and skill will provide the best treatment using cutting-edge methods, but we will not lose sight of why we became vets and veterinary nurses: for a love of animals and wanting to care for them, so that your pets will receive the same care we would give our own. We will offer you the best available treatment but will always allow you to decide what you feel is best for you and your pets.

Unlike some other practices you will not find list of cheap prices on here to attract you then charge you more later, we believe in charging fair fees across the board.

We are able to offer FREE cat neutering on the C4 scheme if you are looking after a stray, are a student, on benefit, state pension or a low wage earner. Terms and conditions apply.

Making veterinary treatment more affordable

Despite several years of rising costs we have maintained our initial consultation at £30.00, and basic puppy and kitten vaccination courses start from just £45*.

* Conditional on whole course being paid on first vaccine

Martin Atkinson's book: 'A Test of Patients - the experiences and musings of a veterinary surgeon', is now in print. It contains a collection of short stories recording life in practice, some interesting cases and amusing clients along with one or two fantasies and musings on life. It is delightfully illustrated by Mr Atkinson's daughter Alice. All profits after expenses have been paid are going to charity including: The Dogs Trust, Cats Protection, PDSA and the PetSavers which raises funds for research into diseases of pet animals.

The book is available from the clinic for £8 for a signed copy or on Kindle for £3.11.
